We collect: your email address and account credentials when you sign up; images you upload for generation (processed and stored temporarily); brand website URLs you provide for Brand DNA analysis; usage data including generation counts and feature usage; payment information processed securely through Airwallex (we do not store card details).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the image generation service; process payments and manage your credit balance; communicate service updates and respond to support requests; analyze usage patterns to improve the product (aggregated, non-personal data only).
3. Image Storage and Retention
Uploaded reference images are stored temporarily during the generation process and for your generation history. Generated images are stored for 7 days for your convenience, then automatically deleted. You can download your images at any time during this period. Brand DNA profiles are retained until you delete them or your account.
4. AI Training Policy
We do NOT use your uploaded images or generated outputs to train our AI models. Your creative content remains yours. Our AI models are trained on licensed datasets separate from user content.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting and storage); payment processors (Airwallex, for credit purchases); AI service providers (Google, for image generation — subject to their data processing terms). All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Upstash for rate limiting. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
7. Your Rights

8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure.
